Our classes are for beginners and anyone who wants to be more healthy, flexible and strong. Location is right here at Healthy Balance Bodyworks! Small class size gives the opportunity for the instructors to provide individual step by step guidance.
You may call ahead or email us if you plan on attending for the first time. Come as you are. We welcome beginners!

We accept cash, check and credit card payments.
It’s best to have an empty stomach for yoga, so we recommend you do not eat 2 hours prior to class.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and find your place in the room.
Yoga mats and accessories (if needed) are available if you do not have them.
